在小型装置上,采用M-3催化剂,对丙酮加氢合成MIBK的工艺条件进行了研究。考察了反应温度、压力、空速对反应的影响,确定了适合于该反应的最佳条件。并对M-3催化剂进行了7200 h寿命试验。结果表明,寿命试验全程丙酮平均转化率为30.68%,MIBK选择性为94.71%。M-3催化剂具有耐温性能好、温度使用范围宽、催化活性高、使用寿命长的优点。

The synthesis technology of methyl isobutyl ketone from acetone and hydrogen by using M-3 catalyst was studied in a small device. The influences of reaction temperature, pressure, space velocity and hydrogen/acetone ratio (v/v) were investigated. Meanwhile, the optimum reaction conditions were obtained. The result of 7 200 h life-experiments shows that ,the acetone conversion rate is 30.68% on average, MIBK selectivity is 94.71%; M-3 catalyst has good temperature-resistance, wide range of using temperature,high catalytic activity, long service life.
