系统的开发与设计主要是解决生产的DEM文件中，相同X，Y点高程存在差异的问题。系统还可以检验DEM数据文件内部是否存在零高度点或无效值点，并且把检查结果以DAT文件（装有坐标的文本文件）的方式展现给操作者，为DEM生产的完整性做检验和平差工作。

The development of this system is mainly to solve the production and design of the DEM file , the same X , Y point elevation differences issue .System can also test whether there is an internal DEM data files or invalid value zero height point and the inspection results to the DAT file ( a text file containing coordinates ) to show the way to the operator for the production of completeness DEM tes-ting and work .
