Schedule management of steel structure construction is an extremely important part of project management of the high-rise steel structure. By introducing the People’ s Daily project steel structure installation process, the main factors that influence the progress of the installation of high-rise steel structure are analyzed and summarized, and the corresponding management strategies are proposed, the construction time limit is effectively ensured.
