人民日报社报刊综合业务楼外形属于异形结构，轴线角度多样，测控工作量大。该工程常规测量手段无法实现工程平面及空间定位，据此在传统平面放样基础上采用轴线平移和全站仪坐标放样相结合的方法进行放样；钢结构采用搭建测量平台进行内控法放样，使用全站仪通过三维坐标实时校正，并对外框3榀组合柱进行循环测控，保证了工程的测量放样精度和放样效率，有效地指导了安装。

The structure of main building of the People’ s Daily project is irregular with various axis angles and large amount of measurements. Ordinary measurement method is incapable of getting 2D and 3D location. Therefore, based on conversional plan-lofting methods, a new method is applied, which combines axis horizontal shifting and total station lofting. Internal measurement stations have been builded for steel structure measurement. By using total station for real-time correction and looping monitoring method for the 3 lattice columns, it ensures the accuracy of measurements and lofting efficiency for the construction.
