选择合适的前处理方法,建立紫外分光光度法测定保健食品中总皂苷含量。采用D-101大孔吸附树脂、中性氧化铝和D-101大孔吸附树脂、D-101大孔吸附树脂与D-941离子交换树脂联用3种不同的前处理方法纯化同一样品并对样品含量及其回收率进行测定,选出最好的前处理方法,并同时对该方法进行可行性分析。D-101大孔吸附树脂与D-941离子交换树脂联用的脱色效果最好。该方法可行性分析,标准曲线为:y=0.0016x+0.0719,R2=0.9986,线性关系良好;试样在5 h内稳定,平均加样回收率为98.62%,RSD为1.66%。D-101大孔吸附树脂与D-941离子交换树脂联用对总皂苷的纯化效果最好,重现性好,可作为保健品总皂苷的质量控制方法。

To choose proper sample preparation methods, establish a method for the determination of the content of total saponins in Health Functional Food by UV spectrophotometry. The determination was performed using D-101 macroporous adsorption resin、neutral alumina and D-101 macroporous adsorption resin、D-101 macroporous adsorption resin and D-941 ion exchange resin to purify the same sample., determine the sample contenr and recovery rate. Choose the best preparation methods, and carrying out feasibility analysis of this method. D-101 macroporous adsorption resin and D-941 ion exchange resin have the best Decolorizing performance,the feasibility analysis of this method,Standard Curve:y=0.001 6x+0.071 9,R2=0.998 6,The calibration curve is linear.and the sample remained stable in 5 hours,average recovery rate was 98.62%,RSD was 1.66%. D-101 macroporous adsorption resin and D-941 ion exchange resin have the best decolorizing performance and reproducible, and can be used to effectively control the content of total saponins in health functional food .
