采用30%的乙腈水(体积分数)为稀释液,建立了样品直接稀释、高效液相色谱(HPLC)分离、示差折光检测器(RID)快速测定葡萄酒中的甘油、果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖的可靠方法。该方法以保留时间(Rt)定性,外标法定量;在0.05 mg/mL~5 mg/mL的浓度范围内,标准曲线有良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.9995;样品在0.25、2.5、25.0 g/L 3个加标水平内的回收率范围为96%~102%(n=10),相对标准偏差小于8.0%;方法的定性检出限(LOD)为0.04 g/L、定量检出限(LOQ)为0.10 g/L。

Diluent for 30%acetonitrile water, there were set up some reliable methods,like dilute the sample directly, High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), Refractive index detector (RID),which made a rapid determination of glycerin,fructose,glucose,sucrose in wine. The method took the retention time (Rt) qualitative, external standard method of quantitative;within the limits of concentration 0.05 mg/mL-5 mg/mL, standard curve had a good linear relationship, and the correlation coefficient was more than 0.999 5;in the level of 0.25 g/L,2.5 g/L,25.0 g/L,the add mark recovery rate was from 96%to 102%,the relative standard deviation was less than 8.0%, limit of detection(LOD) was 0.04 g/L,limit of quantitation(LOQ) was 0.10 g/L.
