采用微波消解法(6 mL HNO3和1 mL H2O2)对腊梅花样品进行前处理,优化了实验条件,建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)同时测定腊梅花样品中14种无机元素的方法。实验结果表明:腊梅花中K的含量高达2.47%;Ca、Mg的含量分别为0.30%和0.18%;Fe、Al、Na、Zn、Cu、Mn、Ba、B、Ni、Pb、Cr的含量为微量。待测元素的方法检出限为0.23 mg/kg~1.4 mg/kg;加标回收率在96.1%~110.0%之间,相对标准偏差小于4%。

The method for determination of 14 inorganic elements in Chimonanthus praecox by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) was researched. The Chimonanthus praecox samples were digested by closed-vessel microwave (6 mL HNO3 and 1 mL H2O2)digestion system. The condition of instrument was optimized. The experimental results showed that the content of Potassium was as high as 2.47%;Calcium,Magnesium were 0.30 % and 0.18 %, respectively; Iron, Aluminium, Copper, Zinc, Sodium, Manganese, Barium, Boron, Nickel, Lead and Chromium were trace levels. The detection limit of method for elements was in range of 0.23 mg/kg-1.4 mg/kg, the recovery was from 96.1 % to 110.0 %, and the relative standard deviation was less than 4%.
