With fiercer competitive intelligence activities,the demand of competition intelligence talent is growing on the market,and competition intelligence talent evaluation becomes more important. This article embarks from the competency model,analyzes the application value of competency model in competition intelligence talent evaluation,constructs the in-dex system and evaluation model of competition intelligence talent evaluation,and puts forward countermeasures and sug-gestions about competition intelligence talent cultivation,which provides decision - making reference for competition intelli-gence work in theory development and practice.
