结直肠癌是最常见的癌症之一，尽管手术、化疗、放疗的联合应用使转移患者的生存率有所提高，但结果仍不令人满意。检测循环肿瘤细胞是当前研究的热点之一，被越来越多的应用于各种实体瘤。科技的日新月异使循环肿瘤细胞的检测变得更加可行，精确计数以及分子生物学分析对于肿瘤患者的预后判断、疗效评价以及个体化治疗均有重要的指导意义。本文将探讨循环肿瘤细胞的检测技术及在结直肠癌方面的临床研究进展。

Colorectal cancer is one of the most common cancers. Although the survival rate of patients with metastatic disease has been raised due to the combination therapy of operation, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, the current situation is still unsatisfactory. The detection of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) is one of the hotspots in current studies. More and more studies have carried out among various solid tumors. The advance of modern technology has allowed for more reliable detection of CTCs, the accurate counting and subsequent analysis of CTCs are significant in the prediction of tumor prognosis, evaluation of treatment efficacy, and design of individualized treatment. In this review, we will discuss the relevant detection technology of CTCs and clinical research works about CTCs in colorectal cancer during recent years.
