脑出血是常见的出血性卒中,具有较高的致残率与病死率。目前关于脑出血后脑损伤的机制逐渐明了,脑出血后红细胞开始裂解并释放出铁离子,后者通过氧化应激反应引起脑损伤。大量的动物实验证明铁鳌合剂去铁胺能够减轻脑出血后的神经损伤,本文主要就去铁胺治疗脑出血后脑水肿的研究加以综述。
腦齣血是常見的齣血性卒中,具有較高的緻殘率與病死率。目前關于腦齣血後腦損傷的機製逐漸明瞭,腦齣血後紅細胞開始裂解併釋放齣鐵離子,後者通過氧化應激反應引起腦損傷。大量的動物實驗證明鐵鼇閤劑去鐵胺能夠減輕腦齣血後的神經損傷,本文主要就去鐵胺治療腦齣血後腦水腫的研究加以綜述。

Intracerebral hemorrhage is one of common diseases in neurology, and with high morbidity and mortality. Currently the mechanism of the brain injury of intracerebral hemorrhage is clear gradually. When the intracerebral hemorrhage occurrs, the lysis of erythrocyte begins and iron ions are released. Iron ions caused brain damage through oxidative stress response. A large number of animal experiments have shown that iron chelator deferoxamine can reduce neurological damage after intracerebral hemorrhage. We reviewed the progress of the treatment of the cerebral edema after intracerebral hemorrhage with deferoxamine.
