目的:研究肺癌患者可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(SIL-2R)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的血清浓度变化对于肺癌的诊断和预后判断中的意义。方法选择100例肺癌患者作为试验组,选择同期健康体检的人群100例作为对照组,分别检测对照组及试验组化疗前后血清SIL-2R、IL-6、TNF-α浓度。结果试验组化疗前血清SIL-2R、IL-6和TNF-α浓度均明显高于对照组,并且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅱ期患者的血清SIL-2R、IL-6和TNF-α浓度明显的低于Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期的患者,并且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组化疗后血清SIL-2R、IL-6和TNF-α浓度均较化疗前明显减少,并且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疗效为CR患者的血清SIL-2R、IL-6和TNF-α浓度明显低于PR、SD和PD,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检测肺癌患者血清SIL-2R、IL-6和TNF-α浓度变化可作为肺癌的诊断以及治疗预后判断的参考。

목적:연구폐암환자가용성백세포개소-2수체(SIL-2R)、백세포개소-6(IL-6)、종류배사인자-α(TNF-α)적혈청농도변화대우폐암적진단화예후판단중적의의。방법선택100례폐암환자작위시험조,선택동기건강체검적인군100례작위대조조,분별검측대조조급시험조화료전후혈청SIL-2R、IL-6、TNF-α농도。결과시험조화료전혈청SIL-2R、IL-6화TNF-α농도균명현고우대조조,병차차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。Ⅱ기환자적혈청SIL-2R、IL-6화TNF-α농도명현적저우Ⅲ기、Ⅳ기적환자,병차차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。시험조화료후혈청SIL-2R、IL-6화TNF-α농도균교화료전명현감소,병차차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。료효위CR환자적혈청SIL-2R、IL-6화TNF-α농도명현저우PR、SD화PD,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론검측폐암환자혈청SIL-2R、IL-6화TNF-α농도변화가작위폐암적진단이급치료예후판단적삼고。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of changes of serum concentration of soluble interleukin-2 receptor(SIL-2R), interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) before and after chemotherapy in patients with lung cancer. Methods One hundred of lung cancer patients were divided with experimental group, while one hundred healthy people were divided with control group. The concentration of serum IL-2R, IL-6 and TNF-αon the control group and the experimental group before and after chemotherapy were detected. Results The serum concentration of SIL-2R, IL-6 and TNF-αon the experimental group before chemotherapy were higher than on the control group,with significantly difference(P<0.05);the concentration of SIL-2R, IL-6 and TNF-αon patients of II state were lower than on the Ⅲ state andⅣstate, with significantly difference (P<0.05);after chemotherapy,the concentration of SIL-2R, IL-6 and TNF-α on the experimental group were decreased than before treatment, with significantly difference(P<0.05); the concentration of SIL-2R, IL-6 and TNF-α on the CR efficacy were lower than PR, SD and PD patients, with significantly difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The changes of levels of serum SIL-2R, IL-6 and TNF-αwere closely related to the diagnosis and were of prognostic value in lung cancer.
