在带学生赴河南许继集团实习过程中，通过倾听和比较，对教学法产生了较为深切的体会，充分备课是提高教学质量的首要条件，在教学过程中必须以学生为本，通过多种方式方法调动学生的学习主动性，合理使用教学手段和工具，启发学生思维，培养他们的钻研精神和创新能力。
