吹风试验时风洞模型支撑系统往往会产生较大振动,这将影响到风洞试验的准确性和可靠性。因此,研究并实现模型支撑系统的振动控制技术尤其重要。基于压电材料机电耦合行为和振动主动控制原理,设计压电组件嵌入式风洞模型支撑系统;依据刚柔耦合动力学理论,建立模型支撑系统结构振动仿真模型;联合经典PID控制算法,进一步构建模型支撑系统结构控制一体化仿真模型,实现系统主动振动控制仿真;最后,计及接触非线性环节,建立压电组件嵌入式结构有限元模型,校核接触强度,优化嵌入型式。仿真结果表明,压电组件嵌入式模型支撑系统振动控制效果明显,结构安全可靠,具有较强的工程应用性。

When air flows in a wind tunnel,a model support system may have large vibration,it influences the accuracy and reliability of a wind tunnel test.Therefore,it is crucial to study and realize the vibration control technique of a model support system.Based on electromechanical coupling characteristics of piezoelectric materials and active vibration control principle,a piezoelectric package-embedded model support system was designed.Meanwhile,according to the rigid-flexible coupled dynamics theory,the structural vibration simulation model of the model support system was built. Furthermore,associated with the classic PID control algorithm,the integrated structural control simulation model of the model support system was built to simulate its active vibration control.Finally,considering nonlinear contact factors,the finite element model of the piezoelectric package-embedded model support system was built to inspect the contact strength and optimize the embedding style.These simulation results showed that the piezoelectric package-embedded model support system has a fine vibration control capability,and its structure is safe and reliable,so it is applicable to actual engineering.
