针对带颗粒阻尼器的旋转平板叶片结构提出基于离散元和有限元的耦合仿真算法。仿真结果表明:所提出的耦合仿真算法在很宽的频带范围内都是可行的;带颗粒阻尼器的旋转平板叶片结构的减振效果受平板叶片的转速影响很大,带颗粒阻尼器的旋转平板叶片结构的第一、二阶振动响应随转速的提高而增加,即阻尼作用有所降低。第三阶振动响应先降低,然后迅速增加,转速达到1000 r/min后趋于平稳。
針對帶顆粒阻尼器的鏇轉平闆葉片結構提齣基于離散元和有限元的耦閤倣真算法。倣真結果錶明:所提齣的耦閤倣真算法在很寬的頻帶範圍內都是可行的;帶顆粒阻尼器的鏇轉平闆葉片結構的減振效果受平闆葉片的轉速影響很大,帶顆粒阻尼器的鏇轉平闆葉片結構的第一、二階振動響應隨轉速的提高而增加,即阻尼作用有所降低。第三階振動響應先降低,然後迅速增加,轉速達到1000 r/min後趨于平穩。

A numerical model was developed to evaluate the vibration of a rotating plate with particle damping numerically.The model was based on the combination of FEM with DEM.The simulation results indicated that the coupled simulation algorithm is remarkably effective over a wide frequency range;the vibration reduction performance of the rotating plate with particle dampers is strongly related to its rotating velocity;the dynamic responses of the 1 st and 2 nd modes of the plate grow with increase in the rotating spee,i.e.,the damping action of the plate drops;the dynamic response of its 3 rd mode firstly drops and then rises rapidly,it trends to wards a steady state after the rotating speed reaches 1000 r/min.
