Central Avenue in Haihe River tunnel of Tianjin Binhai New Area is the first immersed tube tunnel in the North China with soft ground condition, the final joint foundation excavation depth is 26m, width is 40?48m, the dock entrance width is 46?4m, the length is 33?8m, and near the Haihe River with rich underground water resources. By smooth construction of final joint foundation under adverse conditions such as abundant water, high water level, ultra deep foundation excavation, it provides the base for the construction of immersed tunnel joint.
