预应力空心方桩在国内主要应用于桩基工程,提出了将预应力空心方桩应用于深基坑工程的思路,围绕深基坑工程关键的挡土和止水问题,研究了相关的解决措施,开发出了新的预应力空心方桩桩型,并和传统的钢筋混凝土灌注桩进行了抗弯受剪承载力对比分析,丰富了深基坑工程支护桩的种类。在此基础上,针对实际工程,进行了基坑支护空心方桩和钻孔灌注桩挡土加高压旋喷桩止水的技术经济对比,并进一步研究了基坑支护空心方桩的生产工艺和施工工艺,将此种新桩型成功连锁成墙用于试验性基坑工程,由此产生了一种新型的基坑支护结构体系。

Prestressed square pile is widely used in pile foundation engineering in China. However, a new usage of prestressed pile in deep foundation excavation engineering was introduced in this paper. The relevant resolved measurements were researched and the new type of prestressed square pile was developed based on solving the key problems of deep foundation excavation, which are retaining soil and sealing water. Moreover, the comparison of moment and shear capacity between the new type of prestressed square pile and traditional reinforced concrete cast-in-place pile was put forward. As a result, the types of retaining pile on deep foundation excavation engineering become more abundant. Furthermore, the comparison of technology and economy between prestressed square pile and cast-in-place pile plus jet grouting pile was put forward. In addition, the manufacture technology and construction technology have been researched step by step. Finally, the wall made by this type of chain piles has been used to experimental foundation excavation engineering successfully, so here is a new type of retaining structure.
