当前,钢板-混凝土组合剪力墙结构在超高层建筑中应用越来越广泛。同时超高层建筑施工中需要采用智能平台、大型塔式起重机、超高泵送系统、重型构件堆场设计与加固等关键技术,这些技术在组合剪力墙施工过程中相互穿插、互相影响,需要整体协调、综合应用。以武汉中心工程为例,从组合剪力墙与智能平台、组合剪力墙与大型塔式起重机、组合剪力墙与超高泵送系统、组合剪力墙与重型堆场等方面阐述了相互协同施工关键技术;最后阐述了协同施工高效建造技术的质量控制要点。
噹前,鋼闆-混凝土組閤剪力牆結構在超高層建築中應用越來越廣汎。同時超高層建築施工中需要採用智能平檯、大型塔式起重機、超高泵送繫統、重型構件堆場設計與加固等關鍵技術,這些技術在組閤剪力牆施工過程中相互穿插、互相影響,需要整體協調、綜閤應用。以武漢中心工程為例,從組閤剪力牆與智能平檯、組閤剪力牆與大型塔式起重機、組閤剪力牆與超高泵送繫統、組閤剪力牆與重型堆場等方麵闡述瞭相互協同施工關鍵技術;最後闡述瞭協同施工高效建造技術的質量控製要點。

Currently, steel-concrete composite shear wall is applied more and more widely in the super-high-rise building construction. Meanwhile, super-high-rise construction requires some key technologies such as smart platform, large crane, super-high pumping system, design and reinforce of heavy-component storage yard and so on. These technologies and composite shear wall are intersected in the construction process and affect each other. This collaborative operation needs overall coordination and integrated application. This paper, taking Wuhan Center project as example, describes the key technology of collaborative construction from aspects of combination of composite shear walls with smart platform, composite shear wall with large crane, composite shear wall with super-high pumping system, and composite shear walls with heavy yard. At last, it describes the key points of quality control for collaborative and efficient construction technology.
