为解决服务驱动下的云制造物流资源协作问题,首先在明确云制造物流资源是非独立存在的,以及不同经营模式下的资源聚集目标不同的基本特点基础上,总结服务需求驱动下的资源协作能力评价指标,形成各资源聚集节点间协作能力评价的二级指标体系;然后引入可能-满意度理论对预选资源集能否满足云制造物流协作能力需求进行科学决策;最后采用改进的免疫进化算法分析云制造协作资源聚集过程和聚集方法,实现物流资源全局搜索和组合。研究结果表明:文章提出的资源协作评价与聚集方法能有效帮助云制造协作企业实现开放性资源平衡,提高企业联盟的整体效益。

It is explicit that the cloud manufacturing logistics resources are not independent existence and the different bus-iness models have different resource aggregation targets. On this basis,in order to solve the problem of services driven lo-gistics resource collaboration of cloud manufacturing,firstly,the paper summarizes the service driven resources collabora-tion capability evaluation index and makes up the two level evaluation index system of the collaboration capability between resource aggregation nodes. Then the paper introduces the P - S theory to make scientific decision whether the pre - select-ed resources set can satisfy the demand of cloud manufacturing logistics collaboration,and uses the improved immune evolu-tionary algorithm to analyze the aggregation process and method to achieve logistics resources’overall search and combina-tion. The research shows that the resources collaboration evaluation and aggregation method can help the cloud manufactur-ing businesses to achieve the balance of open resource and improve the overall efficiency of enterprise alliance.
