企业规模对企业 R&D 投入的绝对额度和相对额度有着不同的影响机理。根据创业板上市企业的 R&D 投入的影响因素及指标变量的选取特点设立面板数据计量分析模型，研究发现创业板上市企业规模与 R&D 投入绝对额度存在正向关系，而与 R&D 投入强度之间为显著性水平较低的负相关关系。研究认为，创业板上市企业在扩大企业规模的基础上要提高 R&D 投入强度，注重企业核心竞争力的培养。

The scale of enterprises imposes different influence mechanism on absolute amount and relative amount of en-terprise R&D investment. According to the influencing factors of R&D input of listed companies on the GEM board and characteristics of index variables,the paper sets up a panel data econometric model. The study shows the scale of the GEM enterprises and absolute amount of R&D input are positively correlated while the scale of the GEM listed enterprises and R&D input intensity have slightly negative relations in significant level. Research suggests that the GEM listed enter-prises should attach more attention to the improvement of R&D input intensity and the cultivation of the enterprises’core competitiveness based on the scale expansion of enterprises.
