以高等教育人才培养对于产业升级的智力支撑为视角，通过构建由结构标准偏差度、结构偏绝对离度、结构协同适配度3个函数所组成的协同测度模型，对东北三省人才结构调整与产业结构升级的协同适配度进行实证评价。结果表明：2011统计年度内，黑龙江、吉林以及辽宁三个省域空间的协同适配度依次升高，辽宁和吉林位于最优评价区间，黑龙江位于次优评价区间。如果想获得更佳的协同适配度评价预期，东北三省应适当压缩工学学科人才培养的招生空间，并将其主要转移至对于农学学科和医学学科人才培养的支持。

The paper empirically evaluated the coordinated suitability between restructuring of talent structure and upgra-ding of industry structure of northeast three provinces in 2011 by constructing coordination measuring model composed by“standard deviation of structure”,“absolute deviation of structure”and“coordinated suitability of structure”from the per-spective of intelligence support by talent training of higher education to industry upgrading. The empirical result showed that:the coordinated suitability of HeilongJiang,Jilin and Liaoning was successively rising in 2011;Liaoning and Jilin were in optimal evaluation region;HeilongJiang was in suboptimum evaluation region. If northeast three provinces wanted to get better evaluation expectation of coordinated suitability,they all should properly compress the space of engineering talents training and transfer these space to train talents of agriculture science and medical science.
