依据共协理论，以投资与创新的共协关系为基础，建立中兴通讯经济增长因素分析模型，研究发现中兴通讯的经济增长模式为基于低成本高素质的人力资本优势的、国际化的、创新驱动的持续高增长模式；进而计算出各因素的边际收益，并建立中兴通讯专利技术及其知识产权的成本测算模型、专利的市场价值模型、最优专利量模型以及创新周期的 DSGE 模型。

Based on the cooperation theory as well as the cooperation relationship between investment and innovation,the ZTE econometric model of economic growing was established. We estimated each factor’s contribution rate to the economic growth according to the model. The study found that the ZTE economic model was a continuous high growth model which was caused by its low - cost competitive of human capital and the innovation - driven internationalization. Furthermore,we calculated each factor’s marginal revenue and established the cost calculation model,the patent’s market value model and the optimal patent volume model of ZTE’s patented technologies and intellectual property.
