根据阿勒泰市历史气象资料，通过对试种区与原种区罗布麻物候期的表现及阿勒泰市罗布麻生长的气候条件进行了为期3a的对比观测，在归纳分析阿勒泰市种植罗布麻有利和不利的气候条件基础上，指出阿勒泰市适合规模化种植罗布麻，提出了预防、降低损失的气象服务措施。以期为其他地区罗布麻科学化、规模化种植提供理论依据。
根據阿勒泰市歷史氣象資料，通過對試種區與原種區囉佈痳物候期的錶現及阿勒泰市囉佈痳生長的氣候條件進行瞭為期3a的對比觀測，在歸納分析阿勒泰市種植囉佈痳有利和不利的氣候條件基礎上，指齣阿勒泰市適閤規模化種植囉佈痳，提齣瞭預防、降低損失的氣象服務措施。以期為其他地區囉佈痳科學化、規模化種植提供理論依據。
근거아륵태시역사기상자료，통과대시충구여원충구라포마물후기적표현급아륵태시라포마생장적기후조건진행료위기3a적대비관측，재귀납분석아륵태시충식라포마유리화불리적기후조건기출상，지출아륵태시괄합규모화충식라포마，제출료예방、강저손실적기상복무조시。이기위기타지구라포마과학화、규모화충식제공이론의거。
Based on the historical meteorological data in Altay City,comparisons were madefor the phenolo-gy period of Apocynum in the experimental planting area with that in the original species area. According to a three-year observation on the climatic conditions for Apocynum growth in Altay,it shows that Altay is suitable for large-scale cultivation of Apocynum. The favorable and unfavorable climatic conditions for Apocynum planting in Altay are analyzed and the meteorological service measures to reduce the loss of Apocynum planting are proposed. Our works are helpful to provide a reference for other areas in scientific, large-scale cultivation of Apocynum.
