目的：探讨经椎体后凸成形术（PKP）治疗B型新鲜骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的可行性及临床疗效。方法在C型臂监视引导下，对69例新鲜骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的患者行PKP治疗：其中A型骨折56例（A组），B型骨折13例（B组）。术后分别采用视觉模拟疼痛评分（VAS）、Oswesty功能障碍指数（ODI）及椎体高度百分比对患者术前、术后3 d、术后3个月腰背部疼痛、日常生活状况及椎体高度的恢复进行评价。结果 B 组（B 型）患者术前、术后3 d、术后3个月VAS及椎体高度百分比总体疗效与A组（A型）患者比较，无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。B组术后3个月患者ODI评分优于A组（P＜0.05）。结论 PKP是治疗B型新鲜骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的一种有效可行的微创手术，但需严格掌握适应证。

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and clinical efficacy of percutaneous kyphoplasty on treating the B-type fresh osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Methods Sixty nine cases of patients of the fresh osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were treated by percutaneous kyphoplasty, in which 56 cases of patients were A-type and 13 cases of patients were B-type. After the surgery, VAS, ODI and vertebral height percentage were taken to assess whether the patients recovered from the pain of the back, the daily life and the height of the vertebral body before and after the operation. Results The curative effect of VAS and vertebral height percentage to B-type patients was the same as A-type patients (P>0.05). The ODI score of B-type patients was better than A-type patients (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of Percutaneous kyphoplasty is an effective and feasible way to cure B-type fresh osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures; the indication have to be strictly controlled, however.
