以单液滴为研究对象,建立液滴动力学模型,通过求解模型获得液滴振幅一次近似解及幅频特性关系。算例及实验结果表明,液滴非线性振动计算方法合理,液滴动力学模型能对高压脉冲电场激励油中液滴振动进行有效计算,且能预测液滴“共振”频率及振幅。该研究对研制高效电场脱水装置具有指导意义。

Under excitation of high pulse electric field,a drophappens to be in vibration during electro-dehydration of emulsified oil.So far,there are few references about theoretical calculation of drop vibration.A single vibrating drop in oil was regarded as a study object under high pulse electric field,and its dynamic model was built.By solving the model, drop vibration amplitude first approximate solution and its amplitude-frequency characteristic relation were obtained. Results of example calc and tests showed that the non-linear method of vibration calculation is reasonable and it can be used to predict drop's resonance frequency and amplitude.The study results were helpful to making highly efficient electro-dehydration machines.
