目的:建立复方半枝莲颗粒中野黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,以Dia-monsil C18为色谱柱(4.6 mm×250.0 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.4%醋酸溶液(35∶65),流速:1 mL/min,检测波长:335 nm。结果野黄芩苷在0.0252~0.5040μg时与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),加样回收率为100.28%,相对标准偏差(RSD)=2.25%。结论 HPLC法简便、准确、可靠,可以作为复方半枝莲颗粒的质量控制指标之一。

목적:건립복방반지련과립중야황금감적함량측정방법。방법채용고효액상색보(HPLC)법,이Dia-monsil C18위색보주(4.6 mm×250.0 mm,5μm),류동상:갑순-0.4%작산용액(35∶65),류속:1 mL/min,검측파장:335 nm。결과야황금감재0.0252~0.5040μg시여봉면적정량호적선성관계(r=0.9999),가양회수솔위100.28%,상대표준편차(RSD)=2.25%。결론 HPLC법간편、준학、가고,가이작위복방반지련과립적질량공제지표지일。
Objective To establish a method for content determination of scutellarin in compound banzhilian granules . Methods High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was adopted in the study.The liquid chromatography was carried out using Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250.0 mm,5μm) with the mobile phase of methnol-0.4%acetum(35∶65) at the flow rate of 1 mL/min, the eluent was detected at wavelength of 335 nm. Results When the content of scutellarin was at the range of 0.025 2-0.504 0μg,it showed good linear relation with the peak area (r=0.999 9). The average recovery and relative standard deviation (RSD) were 100.28%and 2.25%. respectively. Conclusion The HPLC method for scutellarin determination in compound banzhilian granules is simple and convenient with accuracy and reliability,so it can be used to as quality control index of compound banzhilian granules.
