本设计利用STC单片机控制系统实现水位的精确控制,主机通过无线通信方式对从机进行远程控制。采用超声波测距的方法来确定水位值并用12864液晶屏显示出来,从矩阵键盘设定水位值,通过比较设定水位和测量水位的数据,利用单片机的PWM控制直流双向水泵进行水位的调节,最终使水位达到设定值。通过测试该系统能精确监测水位并显示水位、准确地调控任意设定水位,而且精度可以达到1 mm。

본설계이용STC단편궤공제계통실현수위적정학공제,주궤통과무선통신방식대종궤진행원정공제。채용초성파측거적방법래학정수위치병용12864액정병현시출래,종구진건반설정수위치,통과비교설정수위화측량수위적수거,이용단편궤적PWM공제직류쌍향수빙진행수위적조절,최종사수위체도설정치。통과측시해계통능정학감측수위병현시수위、준학지조공임의설정수위,이차정도가이체도1 mm。
The water level is controlled on the required position accurately by STC single chip microcomputer as the control system in this design. The host computer controls the slave machine remotely by wireless communication. The ultrasonic range finding method is used to determine the value of water level and the level is displayed on 12864 LCD. The value of water level is set with matrix keyboard. The DC two-way water pump is controlled by single-chip PWM to adjust water level. With ultrasonic monitoring,the water level reaches the set value at last and the accuracy is less than 1 mm by comparison between the set water level and water level measured data.
