目的：通过家庭康复指导恢复脑卒中患者肢体功能，改善脑卒中患者的生活质量。方法：将患者分为脑卒中康复组30例和脑卒中对照组30例。康复组采用上门指导康复，疗程6个月。采用Fugl-Meyer评估法、运动年龄评估法和Brunnstrom脑卒中运动功能评估法对两组患者进行评估和比较。结果：康复组30例患者经6个月康复指导，肢体功能均有不同程度提高。结论：家庭康复指导有助于脑卒中患者肢体功能的恢复。
목적：통과가정강복지도회복뇌졸중환자지체공능，개선뇌졸중환자적생활질량。방법：장환자분위뇌졸중강복조30례화뇌졸중대조조30례。강복조채용상문지도강복，료정6개월。채용Fugl-Meyer평고법、운동년령평고법화Brunnstrom뇌졸중운동공능평고법대량조환자진행평고화비교。결과：강복조30례환자경6개월강복지도，지체공능균유불동정도제고。결론：가정강복지도유조우뇌졸중환자지체공능적회복。
Objective:To enhance the limb function of the patients with cerebral stroke and to improve their life quality under the guidance of family rehabilitation. Methods:The patients were divided into the rehabilitation group and the control group with 30 cases each. The rehabilitation group was arranged door to door rehabilitation guidance for 6 months. The patients in two groups were assessed and compared with the assessment methods of Fugl-Meyer, the age of exercise and Brunnstrom. Results:The limb function of 30 patients with cerebral stroke in the rehabilitation group was improved in varying degrees after 6 months’ rehabilitation. Conclusion: Family rehabilitation guidance contributes to the improvement of limb function of the patients with cerebral stroke.
