目的：探讨影响社区高血压门诊患者药物治疗依从性的相关因素。方法：采用问卷形式对社区252例高血压门诊患者进行调查，对影响患者药物治疗依从性的相关因素进行分析。结果：文化程度、治疗费用、药物不良反应、服药种类及服药次数与患者药物治疗依从性相关。结论：影响高血压患者药物治疗依从性的主要是文化程度、治疗费用、药物不良反应、服药种类及服药次数。在日常工作中，我们应加强患者健康教育，根据患者的自身情况选择合理的药物。

목적：탐토영향사구고혈압문진환자약물치료의종성적상관인소。방법：채용문권형식대사구252례고혈압문진환자진행조사，대영향환자약물치료의종성적상관인소진행분석。결과：문화정도、치료비용、약물불량반응、복약충류급복약차수여환자약물치료의종성상관。결론：영향고혈압환자약물치료의종성적주요시문화정도、치료비용、약물불량반응、복약충류급복약차수。재일상공작중，아문응가강환자건강교육，근거환자적자신정황선택합리적약물。
Objective:To explore the related factors that inlfuenced the compliance of drug treatment of the patients with hypertension in the outpatient department. Methods:In the community 252 patients with hypertension were investigated with the questionnaire and their related factors of inlfuence of the compliance of the drug treatment were analyzed. Results:The education, cost of treatment, side effects of drugs, medicine types and numbers of medication were related with the compliance of drug treatment of the patients. Conclusion:The inlfuences of compliance of drug treatment on the patients are the education, cost of treatment, side effects of drugs, medicine types and numbers of medication. In the daily work, we should strengthen health education for the patients and choose reasonable drugs according to their own condition.
