本文提出了一种全新的波片相移方法,通过四分之一波片、二分之一波片和偏振片的不同组合方式在干涉光路中引入了不同的相位差,从而实现了全息相移。本方法操作简单,能够很好地重构出物光波的复振幅。文中给出了详细的理论推导,并采用数值模拟和实验验证了所提方法的正确性。数值模拟结果显示,波片相移方法与传统四步相移法结果一致。基于本方法的相移原理,制作与 CCD 像素匹配的波片阵列,可以实现实时相移测量,既克服了传统时间相移只能测量静态或准静态物体的缺点,也克服了传统空间相移需要对干涉图进行匹配的缺点。因此,波片阵列相移法具有广泛的应用范围和应用前景。

This paper proposed a new time phase shift method. By different combinations of the quarter-wave plate,the half wave plate and a polarizer,the phase retardation is introduced in the interference optical path,in order to achieve the phase shift of the hologram. This method is easy to operate and successful to reconstruct the complex amplitude of an object wave. The paper gives detailed theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimental to verify the validity of this method. The numerical result shows that the wave plate phase shift method result is close to the traditional four-step phase shift method result. Based on the phase shift principle of the present method,the wave plate array can be fabricated which can achieve a real-time phase shift measurements,not only to overcome the shortage of the traditional time phase shift that only the static or quasi-static objects can be measured, but also to overcome the shortage of the traditional spatial phase shift that interferograms must be matched. Therefore,wave plate array phase shift method has a wide range of applications and good prospects.
