毛霉病是一种进展迅速的侵袭性真菌病，近年来发病率不断增加，且病死率居高不下。毛霉病相对少见，临床难以进行严格的对照研究，诊治水平亟待提高并规范。2014年4月欧洲临床微生物和感染病学会(ESCMID)及欧洲医学真菌联合会(ECMM)正式联合发布的2013毛霉病临床诊疗指南可为毛霉病的诊疗提供较可靠依据，该文对指南进行简要介绍和解读，并侧重特殊人群的诊治原则。

Mucormycosis is a kind of aggressive invasive fungal infection with high mortality rate. As a rare disease, it is dififcult to execute comparative clinical trials and to accumulate personal experience. It would be helpful to interpret European clinical guidelines for the diagnosis and management of mucormycosis 2013 revised by ESCMID and ECMM published in April, 2014. Overviews are based on mucormycosis diagnosis, treatment especially in speciifc patients and preventive measures, emphasing the principle of diagnosis and treatment.
