目的：评价螨变应原注射液特异性免疫治疗慢性湿疹的疗效。方法采用湿疹面积及严重程度指数（EASI）和瘙痒评分及用药评分，评价尘螨变应原阳性的慢性湿疹患者接受螨变应原注射液治疗1年后的疗效，并观察其复发情况。结果31例患者坚持完成1年的疗程，3例退出。治疗后患者EASI和瘙痒评分及用药评分均较其治疗前明显减少（P均＜0.01），随访1年复发率为12.90%。结论螨变应原注射液特异性免疫治疗慢性湿疹有一定疗效。
목적：평개만변응원주사액특이성면역치료만성습진적료효。방법채용습진면적급엄중정도지수（EASI）화소양평분급용약평분，평개진만변응원양성적만성습진환자접수만변응원주사액치료1년후적료효，병관찰기복발정황。결과31례환자견지완성1년적료정，3례퇴출。치료후환자EASI화소양평분급용약평분균교기치료전명현감소（P균＜0.01），수방1년복발솔위12.90%。결론만변응원주사액특이성면역치료만성습진유일정료효。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy of specific immunotherapy with novo-helisen-depot(NHD) for the treatment of chronic eczema.MethodsTo observe the efficacy of specific immunotherapy with NHD for the chronic eczema patients whose allergen tests were positive for dust mites, recurrent rate was observed for follow-up.ResultsThirty-one patients finished the treatment of one year in all cases, 3 cases were out of the treatment. After trentment, EASI(eczema area and severity index), pruritus scores and pharmacological score in these patients compared with pre-treatment were signiifcantly reduced (P<0.01), the recurrent rate was 12.90%for follow-up of 1 year.ConclusionSpeciifc immunotherapy with NHD has a certain value in patients with chronic eczema.
