目的：回顾性分析336例毛母质瘤的临床和组织病理资料，提高对该病的认识。方法对我院336例组织病理确诊为毛母质瘤患者的临床表现和组织病理资料进行回顾性分析。结果两性发病率无差异，青年期为发病的就诊高峰，头面部、颈部为好发部位。临床表现多样，患者初诊科室较多，临床误诊率高。结论该病临床表现多样，误诊率高，临床医师需提高对该病的认识。
목적：회고성분석336례모모질류적림상화조직병리자료，제고대해병적인식。방법대아원336례조직병리학진위모모질류환자적림상표현화조직병리자료진행회고성분석。결과량성발병솔무차이，청년기위발병적취진고봉，두면부、경부위호발부위。림상표현다양，환자초진과실교다，림상오진솔고。결론해병림상표현다양，오진솔고，림상의사수제고대해병적인식。
ObjectiveThe clinical and pathological data of 336 cases of pilomatricoma was retrospectively analyzed in this article, so as to improve the understanding of the disease.MethodsThe clinical and pathological data of 336 cases of pilomatricoma diagnosed by pathology was analyzed.ResultsIn these cases, the difference of gender incidence had no statistic signiifcance, and the highest peak attendance was found in the youth period. The tumors were most common on the neck and head, with various clinical manifestations, these patients resorted to different departments, different doctors, so the misdiagnosis rate of the disease was high.ConclusionsPilomatricoma has various clinical manifestations while it was commonly misdiagnosed. The clinicians must to inprove the acknowledge of ths disease.
