Rowell's syndrome is a rare presentation which characterized by lupus erythematosus with erythema multiforme-like lesions. Here we presented a clinical case which fuliflled the diagnostic criteria of Rowell's syndrome, and reviewed the literature related to Rowell syndrome, meanwhile the clinical signiifcance was discussed.
