针对“大运行”背景下红外检测管理仍停留在初级阶段的现状,提出了新的红外检测管理系统,阐述了红外检测分层管理的思路,电网设备监控业务流程以及现场运维人员职责划分方式,通过检测、分析、考核等手段实现红外检测的集约式管理,对设备进行跟踪管理、检查及考核。
針對“大運行”揹景下紅外檢測管理仍停留在初級階段的現狀,提齣瞭新的紅外檢測管理繫統,闡述瞭紅外檢測分層管理的思路,電網設備鑑控業務流程以及現場運維人員職責劃分方式,通過檢測、分析、攷覈等手段實現紅外檢測的集約式管理,對設備進行跟蹤管理、檢查及攷覈。

Although large-scale operation mode has come into force, infrared detection management are still under primary stage, thus,new system for infrared detection management is put forward. In this paper,the idea of hierarchical management,the process of monitoring on grid equipment,and the type of duty dividing are elaborated. Intensive management of infrared detection will be implemented by means of inspection,analysis and assessment so that the shadowing management,checking and assessment of equipment could be carried out.
