目的：探讨止血芳酸治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法：选择在我院2009年1月～2013年7月收治的过敏性紫癜患者84例，随机分为常规治疗组（给予常规治疗），止血芳酸组（在常规治疗基础上加用止血芳酸），观察两组的治疗效果。结果：止血芳酸组皮疹消退时间明显短于常规治疗组（P＜00．5），但其对消化道、关节肿痛及肾脏损害与常规治疗组无明显差异。结论：过敏性紫癜加用止血芳酸治疗能有效缩短皮疹消退时间，值得推广及进一步研究。
목적：탐토지혈방산치료과민성자전적료효。방법：선택재아원2009년1월～2013년7월수치적과민성자전환자84례，수궤분위상규치료조（급여상규치료），지혈방산조（재상규치료기출상가용지혈방산），관찰량조적치료효과。결과：지혈방산조피진소퇴시간명현단우상규치료조（P＜00．5），단기대소화도、관절종통급신장손해여상규치료조무명현차이。결론：과민성자전가용지혈방산치료능유효축단피진소퇴시간，치득추엄급진일보연구。
Objective:To explore curative effect of p-aminomethylbeozoic acid (PAMBA ) on anaphylactoid purpura of children .Methods:A total of 84 children with HSP from Jan 2009 to July 2013 were enrolled .They were randomly and equally divided into routine treatment group (received routine treatment ) and PAMBA group(received PAMBA based on routine treatment ) .Curative effects were observed and compared between two groups .Results:Total effective rate of PAMBA group was significantly higher than that of routine treat-ment group(P<0 0.5) .But to the digestive tract ,joint swelling and kidney damage ,there is no difference be-tween the conventional treatment group .Conclusion:PAMBA based on routine treatment possesses good effects for children with HSP I.t can shorten the rash time effectively and deserve to spread .
