目的:介绍二元线性回归分析在旋光法测定复方甘露醇注射液含量的两种应用方法。方法:先直接测定复方甘露醇标准溶液旋光度α1,然后以钼酸铵或硼砂为增旋剂,与适量的复方甘露醇标准溶液作用后测定旋光度αm 或αp,所得数据经二元线性回归分析,求回归方程,然后根据回归方程和样品的旋光度计算出复方甘露醇注射液的含量。结果:不管是钼酸铵还是硼砂为增旋剂,旋光度与甘露醇、葡萄糖的浓度均呈良好的线性关系,钼酸铵为增旋剂回归方程的复相关系数为:r1=09.998,r m=09.992;硼砂为增旋剂回归方程的复相关系数为:r1=09.998,r p =09.989。甘露醇和葡萄糖回收率均很好。结论:上述两种方法均操作快捷、简便实用,所需的仪器普通,结果准确可靠,重复性好,表明二元线性回归分析与旋光法结合测定复方甘露醇注射液的含量有很好的应用价值,可用于成品和半成品的质控。
目的:介紹二元線性迴歸分析在鏇光法測定複方甘露醇註射液含量的兩種應用方法。方法:先直接測定複方甘露醇標準溶液鏇光度α1,然後以鉬痠銨或硼砂為增鏇劑,與適量的複方甘露醇標準溶液作用後測定鏇光度αm 或αp,所得數據經二元線性迴歸分析,求迴歸方程,然後根據迴歸方程和樣品的鏇光度計算齣複方甘露醇註射液的含量。結果:不管是鉬痠銨還是硼砂為增鏇劑,鏇光度與甘露醇、葡萄糖的濃度均呈良好的線性關繫,鉬痠銨為增鏇劑迴歸方程的複相關繫數為:r1=09.998,r m=09.992;硼砂為增鏇劑迴歸方程的複相關繫數為:r1=09.998,r p =09.989。甘露醇和葡萄糖迴收率均很好。結論:上述兩種方法均操作快捷、簡便實用,所需的儀器普通,結果準確可靠,重複性好,錶明二元線性迴歸分析與鏇光法結閤測定複方甘露醇註射液的含量有很好的應用價值,可用于成品和半成品的質控。

Objective:To introduce two ways from dualistic linearity regression analysis to determine the content of injections that compound mannitol by polarimetry .Methods:Determine the optical rotation α1 from Standard solution of compound mannitol injections ,take ammonium molybdate or borax as spiral a-gents ,mixed with Standard solution of mannitol injections compound recipe ,Determine the optical rotationαm orαp ,all data analyzed based on dualistic linearity regression analysis ,through the regression equation and the optical rotation determined ,figure out the content of compound mannitol injection .Results:Both ammonium molybdate and borax as spiral agents ,the results show a linear correlation between the mannitol and gluconic .ammonium molybdate as spiral agents demonstrated good linearity with r1 = 0 .9998 ,rm =0 9.992 ,borax as spiral agents demonstrated good linearity with r1 = 0 .9998 ,rm = 0 .9989 .The recovery of them shows well .Conclusion:Two kinds of methods we mentioned are quick ,simple and practical operation , all instrument we needed are common ,the results show accurate ,reliable ,in good repeatability ,all demon-strate dualistic linearity regression analysis in combination with polarimetry to determine the content of com-pound mannitol injection with good application ,that can be used for quality control in finished products and semi-finished products .
