By simulating mixing state of liquids in mixing settler using Fluent software ,the tracer agent concentration and distribution in mixing process are determined .T he effect of mixing settler enlarge on stirring power and mixing time were infered .The results has a certain reference value for enlarge and design of mixing equipment .
