研究了用共沉淀法和燃烧法制备Fe3 O4纳米颗粒,并利用X-射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、投射电子显微镜、紫外-可见光谱扫描和震动样品测磁仪研究了Fe3 O4的物理属性。结果表明,所制备的Fe3 O4纳米颗粒具有单一磁铁矿物相,颗粒分布均匀,具有超顺磁性,常温下的饱和磁化强度高达63.5 em u/g。

Fe3 O4 nanoparticles were prepared by co-precipitation and combustion method .X-ray diffraction instrument ,scanning electron microscopy ,transmission electron microscopy ,UV visible spectroscopy and vibrating sample magnetometer were used to study the physical properties of Fe 3 O4 nanopartides .The results show that Fe3 O4 has single magnetite mineral phases ,homogeneous distuibuted sizes ,and superaramagnetism .Under the normal temperature ,the saturation magnetization of Fe3 O4 nanoparticles is as high as 63 .5 emu/g .
