采用空气加压氧化法浸出富铜渣制备硫酸铜,通过试验确定了铜的最佳浸出条件。试验结果表明:在硫酸加入量为铜理论量的1.20倍、反应压力0.18 M Pa、浸出温度90℃、浸出时间3 h、空气过量系数1.6倍、液固体积质量比4∶1条件下,铜浸出率大于99.1%;浸出液通过除铁、蒸发浓缩结晶制得符合GB437-2009的硫酸铜;与空气直接氧化法相比,浸出时间缩短了3~4h,浸出效率大大提高。

채용공기가압양화법침출부동사제비류산동,통과시험학정료동적최가침출조건。시험결과표명:재류산가입량위동이론량적1.20배、반응압력0.18 M Pa、침출온도90℃、침출시간3 h、공기과량계수1.6배、액고체적질량비4∶1조건하,동침출솔대우99.1%;침출액통과제철、증발농축결정제득부합GB437-2009적류산동;여공기직접양화법상비,침출시간축단료3~4h,침출효솔대대제고。
The CuSO4 · 5H2 O was prepared using copper residue by pressing oxidation using .The best leaching conditions were determined .The results show that under the conditions of temperature of 90℃ ,leaching time of 3 h ,excess air of 1 .6 times and the ratio between liquid volume and solid mass of 4∶1 ,the leaching of copper is greater than 99 .1% .The CuSO4 · 5H2 O prepared from the lixivium by removing Fe ,evaporation and crystallization is in line with the GB437-2009 .The leaching time shortens by 3-4 h than air oxidation method ,leaching efficiency is greatly improved .
