根据内蒙古某金矿石的特性,研究了喷淋时间、喷淋强度、入堆矿石粒度、氰化钠用量对金矿石柱浸金的影响。试验结果表明,金矿石柱浸最佳条件为:每天间歇喷淋4h,喷淋1h休2h,喷淋强度100L/(m2·h),喷淋液pH10~11,入堆矿石粒度10~20mm,氰化钠用量400g/t,总柱浸时间21d。最佳条件下,金浸出率达83.64%。
根據內矇古某金礦石的特性,研究瞭噴淋時間、噴淋彊度、入堆礦石粒度、氰化鈉用量對金礦石柱浸金的影響。試驗結果錶明,金礦石柱浸最佳條件為:每天間歇噴淋4h,噴淋1h休2h,噴淋彊度100L/(m2·h),噴淋液pH10~11,入堆礦石粒度10~20mm,氰化鈉用量400g/t,總柱浸時間21d。最佳條件下,金浸齣率達83.64%。
근거내몽고모금광석적특성,연구료분림시간、분림강도、입퇴광석립도、청화납용량대금광석주침금적영향。시험결과표명,금광석주침최가조건위:매천간헐분림4h,분림1h휴2h,분림강도100L/(m2·h),분림액pH10~11,입퇴광석립도10~20mm,청화납용량400g/t,총주침시간21d。최가조건하,금침출솔체83.64%。
Based on mineralogical characteristics of a gold ore in Neimenggu ,effects of spraying time , spraying intensity ,ore grain size ,NaCN amount on column leaching of gold are investigated .The results show that the gold leaching rate can reach 83 .64% under the following optimum conditions as spraying time of 4 hours each day ,spraying one hour after stopping spraying two hours ,spraying intensity of 100 L/(m2 h) ,spraying liquid pH of 10-11 ,ore grain size of 10-20 mm ,NaCN amount of 400 g/t ,column leaching time of 21 days .
