氢氧化钙羰基化合成甲酸钙的实验结果表明其主要产物为甲酸钙,此外还有少量的碳酸钙副产物。据此,对氢氧化钙羰基化合成甲酸钙的反应历程进行了推测,认为生成甲酸钙的反应是按照两步串联进行的,即CO水合生成甲酸的反应和甲酸与氢氧化钙生成甲酸钙的反应。从反应热力学和动力学两方面探讨了氢氧化钙羰基化合成甲酸钙的反应过程,结果可为氢氧化钙羰基化合成甲酸钙生产工艺优化和开发提供理论依据。

The main product of carbonylation of calcium hydroxide was experimentally determined to be calcium formate with a little calcium carbonate as byproduct. Based on the experimental result, a mechanism of two-step reaction in series was proposed for the carbonylation of calcium hydroxide to calcium formate. The first reaction was the hydration of CO to generate formic acid and the second was the neutralization reaction of formic acid and calcium hydroxide to form calcium formate. The reaction process was analyzed from thermodynamic and kinetic aspects. The results could provide a theoretical basis for optimization and development of the calcium formate production process.
