对金属罐内壁质量检测进行研究,以Visual Studio 2010为开发平台研制了基于机器视觉的金属罐内壁缺陷检测系统,可实现对金属罐内壁缺陷的自动检测。针对金属罐内壁的特殊性,在图像采集时选择了合适的光源和相机;检测过程包括图像采集、图像处理、检测区域定位及缺陷检测;通过图像处理算法分别对金属罐罐口、内壁和焊缝3部分进行检测;并用多线程技术对检测速度进行优化。实验表明:对于选用的金属罐,缺陷检测系统的检测速度可达到600个/min,能够满足生产线的高速度需求。

대금속관내벽질량검측진행연구,이Visual Studio 2010위개발평태연제료기우궤기시각적금속관내벽결함검측계통,가실현대금속관내벽결함적자동검측。침대금속관내벽적특수성,재도상채집시선택료합괄적광원화상궤;검측과정포괄도상채집、도상처리、검측구역정위급결함검측;통과도상처리산법분별대금속관관구、내벽화한봉3부분진행검측;병용다선정기술대검측속도진행우화。실험표명:대우선용적금속관,결함검측계통적검측속도가체도600개/min,능구만족생산선적고속도수구。
The quality testing of the inner wall of the metal cans was studied,a detecting system of metal cans’ inner wall based on machine vision was developed by using of Visual Studio 2010,and the detecting system can realize the automatic detection of defects in the inner wall of the metal cans. According to the particularity of the inner wall of metal cans,red dome lights and numeric camera were used to capture images.The study includes image acquisition,image processing, testing region location and defect detection.The metal pot,inner wall and welding parts can be detected by mean of suitable image processing algorithm.Then the detecting speed was optimized by using multi-threading technology. Experiments show that for the chosen metal can,the speed of the defect detecting system can reach 600 per minute,which can meet the high speed demand of production lines.
