目的：观察复方利多卡因乳膏复合术前心理干预降低全身麻醉手术后男性患者尿管刺激所引起的苏醒期躁动的临床效果。方法腹部气管内麻手术并需要留置尿管的男性患者120例，随机分为Ⅰ组：对照组，Ⅱ组：利多卡因乳膏组，Ⅲ组：心理干预组，Ⅳ组：利多卡因乳膏＋心理干预组，每组30例。观察记录四组患者麻醉苏醒期的平均血压、心率、血氧饱和度、躁动评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分。结果Ⅳ组躁动评分明显低于另外三组（P＜0．05），疼痛视觉模拟评分四组间差异无统计学意义。结论复方利多卡因乳膏涂抹尿管复合术前心理干预再行导尿，可有效降低全身麻醉手术后男性患者在麻醉恢复期因尿管刺激引起的躁动，使全身麻醉复苏质量得到有效提高。
목적：관찰복방리다잡인유고복합술전심리간예강저전신마취수술후남성환자뇨관자격소인기적소성기조동적림상효과。방법복부기관내마수술병수요류치뇨관적남성환자120례，수궤분위Ⅰ조：대조조，Ⅱ조：리다잡인유고조，Ⅲ조：심리간예조，Ⅳ조：리다잡인유고＋심리간예조，매조30례。관찰기록사조환자마취소성기적평균혈압、심솔、혈양포화도、조동평분、동통시각모의평분。결과Ⅳ조조동평분명현저우령외삼조（P＜0．05），동통시각모의평분사조간차이무통계학의의。결론복방리다잡인유고도말뇨관복합술전심리간예재행도뇨，가유효강저전신마취수술후남성환자재마취회복기인뇨관자격인기적조동，사전신마취복소질량득도유효제고。
Objective To investigate the effect of compound lidocaine cream combined with psychological intervention in the urethral catherixation of male patients. Methods A total of 120 patients were included in the study and randomized into four groups, group one: control group, group two: using compound lidocaine cream without psychological intervention , group three: psychological intervention without using compound lidocaine cream , group four: using compound lidocaine cream combined with psychological intervention. The dysphoria degree and the pain degree of patients were evaluated by RS and VAS. Results The rate of dysphoria in Group four was lower than those in other three groups significantly (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in VAS degree among four groups. Conclusion Compound lidocaine cream combined with psychological intervention in the urethral catheterization of male patients is an effect method to alleviate the dysphoria of patients.
