目的:研究在不同速度下登山的能耗特点,探索不同速度登山与能耗之间的量效关系。方法:测试12名志愿者分别沿着两条不同登山道用慢速、中速两种速度登紫金山,获得相关生理数据。结果:(1)沿中山书院登山道慢速登山的能耗为(310.28±49.33) kcal,中速为(336.91±51.09) kcal。(2)沿范鸿仙墓登山道慢速登山的能耗为(421.32±55.60) kcal,中速能耗为(432.95±60.55) kcal。结论:(1)两种速度沿同一条登山道登山的总能耗没有差异。(2)同一种速度沿范鸿仙墓登山道登山的总能耗均高于中山书院登山道的能耗。(3)分别建立登山总能耗预测方程即:中山书院登山道能耗预测方程为y( kcal)=160.629+3.609*体重(kg)-41.699*性别(r2=0.86);范鸿仙墓登山道能耗预测方程为y ( kcal )=686.2921.819*体重( kg)-116.434*性别( r2=0.81);性别:男为1,女为2。

목적:연구재불동속도하등산적능모특점,탐색불동속도등산여능모지간적량효관계。방법:측시12명지원자분별연착량조불동등산도용만속、중속량충속도등자금산,획득상관생리수거。결과:(1)연중산서원등산도만속등산적능모위(310.28±49.33) kcal,중속위(336.91±51.09) kcal。(2)연범홍선묘등산도만속등산적능모위(421.32±55.60) kcal,중속능모위(432.95±60.55) kcal。결론:(1)량충속도연동일조등산도등산적총능모몰유차이。(2)동일충속도연범홍선묘등산도등산적총능모균고우중산서원등산도적능모。(3)분별건립등산총능모예측방정즉:중산서원등산도능모예측방정위y( kcal)=160.629+3.609*체중(kg)-41.699*성별(r2=0.86);범홍선묘등산도능모예측방정위y ( kcal )=686.2921.819*체중( kg)-116.434*성별( r2=0.81);성별:남위1,녀위2。
Purpose:To study the energy consumption char?acteristics of climbing the mountain with different speeds among college students,set up the quantity?effect relation?ship between different speeds and energy consumption;when climbing the mountain. Method:Choose 12 college students climb Purple Mountain along two typical moun?taineering ways and get the relevant parameters of the en?ergy consumption. Results:( 1 ) When climbing Purple Mountain along the Zhongshan Academy mountaineering way with a slow speed,the energy consumption is(310.28 ± 49.33 kcal ) , and the energy consumption is ( 336.91 ± 51.09 kcal) with a medium speed. (2) when climbing Purple Mountain along the Fan HongXian Tomb moun?taineering way with a slow speed,the energy consumption is(421.32 ± 55.60 kcal) ,and the energy consumption is (432.95 ± 60.55 kcal) with a medium speed;Conclu?sions:(1) There is no difference in total energy consump?tion when climbing the mountain along the same route with a slow or medium speed. ( 2 ) The total energy con?sumption of climbing the mountain with the same speed a?long the Fan HongXian Tomb mountaineering way is high?er than that along the Zhongshan Academy mountaineering way. (3) Establish multiple regression equation of energy consumption:energy consumption of Zhongshan Academy mountaineering way=160.629 +3.609 weight ( kg ) -41.699*sex ( r2 = 0.86 ) energy consumption of Fan HongXian Tomb mountaineering way: y = 686.292 1.819*weight ( kg ) -116.434*sex ( r2 =0.81 ) sex:male is 1,female is 2.
