从植物内生真菌编号 RS1菌丝中,分别用75%,87.5%,93.8%,96.9%浓度的乙醇沉淀出不同沉淀系数的多糖,除去蛋白质后,分别配成浓度为1 mg/ml的水溶液,进行玉米种子浸种12 h 后,并以清水浸种作为对照组,在0.4%氯化钠盐水中进行催芽实验。5 d 后,以玉米总鲜重、根长、芽长和须根数为测定指标,结果表明处理组的芽长和须根数没有显著性差异,根长明显好于对照组(p <0.05),其中以96.9%浓度的乙醇沉淀多糖的效果最好。

종식물내생진균편호 RS1균사중,분별용75%,87.5%,93.8%,96.9%농도적을순침정출불동침정계수적다당,제거단백질후,분별배성농도위1 mg/ml적수용액,진행옥미충자침충12 h 후,병이청수침충작위대조조,재0.4%록화납염수중진행최아실험。5 d 후,이옥미총선중、근장、아장화수근수위측정지표,결과표명처리조적아장화수근수몰유현저성차이,근장명현호우대조조(p <0.05),기중이96.9%농도적을순침정다당적효과최호。
A series concentration of ethanol solutions including 75%,87.5%,93.8% and 96.9% were used to precipitate the polysaccharide with different precipitation coefficient from the mycelium of plant endophytes RS1.After removal of protein,the polysaccharide obtained was used for seed soaking of maize for 12 h at a dosage of 1 mg/ml polysaccharide respectively.And pu-rified water was used in the control group.Then the sprouting experiment was carried out in 0.4% NaCl.Total fresh weight、root length 、shoot length and the number of fibrous roots of maize were measured after germinating for 5 days.The germinal length had no significant difference among the groups.The root length of maize of treat groups were increased significantly compared to control group (p<0.05),96.9% ethanol had the best effect especially.
