食品安全风险综合评估是以食品的污染物检测数据为依据,评估其对相应食品的危害程度。本文研究了基于拟熵及矩阵不变量---ALE 指标的食品安全风险综合评估方法,建立了茶叶安全风险综合评估的数学模型,取得了比较满意的结果。

The aim of the risk comprehensive assessment of food safety is to evaluate the risk of food contami-nants by means of the corresponding data from food safety supervision and inspection system.Based on the pseudo-entropy and ALE-index of a matrix,this paper proposed a method for the risk comprehensive assess-ment of food safety.The application to tea safety and risk comprehensive assessment shows the utility of our model.
