为筛选出适宜春季栽培的盆栽莴苣品种,于2013年春季对10个叶用莴苣品种进行植株形态指标及营养品质的盆栽筛选试验。结果表明:莴苣‘Romaine Lettuce’植株长势旺盛,株型美观,产量高,持续采收性强,可食叶片的 Vc 含量为80.83mg/100g,营养品质最佳,虫害少,是适宜的春季盆栽叶用莴苣品种。
為篩選齣適宜春季栽培的盆栽萵苣品種,于2013年春季對10箇葉用萵苣品種進行植株形態指標及營養品質的盆栽篩選試驗。結果錶明:萵苣‘Romaine Lettuce’植株長勢旺盛,株型美觀,產量高,持續採收性彊,可食葉片的 Vc 含量為80.83mg/100g,營養品質最佳,蟲害少,是適宜的春季盆栽葉用萵苣品種。
위사선출괄의춘계재배적분재와거품충,우2013년춘계대10개협용와거품충진행식주형태지표급영양품질적분재사선시험。결과표명:와거‘Romaine Lettuce’식주장세왕성,주형미관,산량고,지속채수성강,가식협편적 Vc 함량위80.83mg/100g,영양품질최가,충해소,시괄의적춘계분재협용와거품충。
This paper aimed to screen the variety of leaf lettuce suitable for pot culture in spring.Taking 10 varieties leaf lettuce as experimental materials,the plant growth and nutritional quality were measured in spring.The results showed that the lettuce ‘Romaine Lettuce’had the strong growth ,artistic stem,high yield and long duration harvest time.The Vc content of edible leaves was 80.83 mg/100g,nutritional quality was the best and the variety least insect,the leaf lettuce ‘Romaine Lettuce’was the optimum variety for pot culture in spring.
