为解决某铅锌矿795坑600中段南部阶段运输巷道的支护难题,在现场岩体结构调查、室内岩石力学试验的基础上,进行了现场巷道围岩松动圈实测,分析了巷道围岩松动圈范围。基于松动圈测试成果,提出了锚网喷支护方案。通过FLAC3 D数值模拟软件对支护方案及支护参数进行了优化。通过现场工业试验对该技术方案的支护效果进行了验证,结果表明,该支护形式可有效控制松散破碎软岩巷道的变形破坏,确保巷道的长期稳定和安全使用。

In order to solve the difficult problem of support technique of soft roadway in level 600 m main haulage roadway of pit 795 in a lead -zinc mine,based on the field of rockmass structure research and indoor rock mechanics experiments,broken zone test of soft roadway surrounding rock is carried out.The range of broken zone of surrounding rock is then analyzed.Based on the broken zone test results of roadway surrounding rock, spout-bolt-net support is proposed.The support schemes and support parameters are optimized by numerical simulation software FLAC3 D.Supporting effect of the control technique is verified by the industrial test.It is shown through the results that the deformation and failure of roadway surrounding rock can be effectively controlled by the control technology,ensuring the long-term stability and safety of roadways.
