真空蒸馏具有回收率高、工艺简单的特点,本文采用真空蒸馏的方法对底铁中的银和铟进行回收.利用克劳修斯方程从饱和蒸气压的角度分析了底铁中真空蒸馏回收银和铟的可行性,然后对底铁开展蒸馏温度、蒸馏时间对真空蒸馏回收银和铟进行了实验研究.研究结果表明:在炉内压强50~100 Pa,蒸馏温度1963 K,蒸馏时间120 min条件下,底铁经过真空蒸馏银和铟直收率可以达到61.37%和53.39%,分别富集了61.37倍和53.39倍.

Since vacuum distillation enjoys high recovery rate and simple process,it is used in this paper to recover Ag and In. First,saturated vapor pressure for Fe -Ag -In is acquired by Clausius equation. Then,distillation temperature,time and effects are investigated through experiments. Finally,the results indicate that recovering rates are 61.37%for silver and 53.39% for indium respectively,and the contents for sliver and indium in volatile are 61.37 and 53.39 times rich when the conditions of the vacuum distillation are 1963K,120mins and 50~100Pa.
