目的：探讨急性脑梗死溶栓成功患者和未溶栓患者QT离散度（QTd ）的变化及其临床意义。方法选取77例急性脑梗死患者分为溶栓再通A组（41例）和未溶栓B组（36例）。分析两组患者QTd和QTcd（心率校正后的QTd）的变化以及室性心律失常的发生情况。结果A组QTd及QTcd较B组显著减小，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；A组发生室性心律失常较B组明显减少，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论成功溶栓的急性脑梗死患者QTd及QTcd减小，其发生室性心律失常明显减少。
목적：탐토급성뇌경사용전성공환자화미용전환자QT리산도（QTd ）적변화급기림상의의。방법선취77례급성뇌경사환자분위용전재통A조（41례）화미용전B조（36례）。분석량조환자QTd화QTcd（심솔교정후적QTd）적변화이급실성심률실상적발생정황。결과A조QTd급QTcd교B조현저감소，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；A조발생실성심률실상교B조명현감소，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론성공용전적급성뇌경사환자QTd급QTcd감소，기발생실성심률실상명현감소。
Objective To investigate the changes of QT dispersion(QTd)and its clinical signif-icance for patients with acute cerebral infarction after successful thrombolytic therapy and non-throm-bolytic ones.Methods Seventy-seven patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into thrombolytic recanalization group (group A,41 cases)and non-thrombolysis group (group B,36 cases).Between the 2 groups,the changes of QTd and QTcd(corrected QT dispersion)and the oc-currence of ventricular arrhythmia were analysed.Results Compared with group B,QTd,QTcd and the occurrence of ventricular arrhythmia in group A all decreased significantly with statistically significant differences(P<0.05 ).Conclusion Amongst patients with acute cerebral infarction, their QTd and QTcd both decrease and the occurrence of ventricular arrhythmia also reduces signifi-cantly after successful thrombolytic therapy.
